Cancellation policy

Standard orders

Because we pack our granola to ensure peak freshness and quick shipping, we process standard orders as fast as possible. If you need to cancel or change a one-time order, please reach out to us immediately at hello@madsgranola.com. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed off to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled.

Subscriptions

When you sign up for a Mad's Granola subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be automatically charged just before each fresh batch is shipped.

Managing or canceling

You have complete control over your subscription. You can skip, change, or cancel your recurring orders at any time, right up until your next order processes. Two ways in: click the link in any order confirmation email, or sign in at account.madsgranola.com.
